Legal Terms and Conditions

These legal terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by PROPCARERS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Service Description:
    PROPCARERS provides property management services, including but not limited to tenant management, property maintenance, rent collection, financial reporting, and other related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). The specific details of the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract between PROPCARERS and the client.
  2. Compliance with Laws:
    You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with property management laws, fair housing regulations, and any other local, state, or federal laws that may be applicable to your property.
  3. Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary information, associated with the PROPCARERS brand, website, and Services, are the exclusive property of PROPCARERS. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any intellectual property without the prior written consent of PROPCARERS.
  4. Limitation of Liability:
    PROPCARERS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if PROPCARERS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  5. Indemnification:
    You agree to indemnify and hold PROPCARERS and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
  6. Termination:
    PROPCARERS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and any related materials.
  7. Confidentiality:
    Any confidential or proprietary information disclosed by PROPCARERS to you during the course of providing the Services must be treated as confidential. You shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as necessary to receive the Services.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
  9. Entire Agreement:
    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and PROPCARERS and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Services. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
  10. Severability:
    If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
